Low-Power Triple-Channel Digital Isolator
HT488 is Low-Power Triple-Channel Digital Isolator. The operating parameters of this product remain stable across wide temperature ranges throughout their service life, and only VDD bypass capacitors are required.
HT488 supports with stand voltages of up to 2.5 kVRMS. This device is available in 16-pin narrow-body SOIC packages.
